First on our list is Bridgemore, located near the Willow Creek Golf Club and Fox Den Country Club. With 186 properties, this neighborhood boasts 13 homes sold for an average price of $1,750,000. Most of these custom homes were built after 2010 and offer breathtaking views of the mountains. In addition the neighborhood is also zoned for all Farragut schools.

Sequoyah Hills– Knoxvilles Largest Neighborhood

One of the largest neighborhoods in Knoxville with 1,450 property owners. Westmoreland Subdivision

With around 633 properties, 26 homes sold for an average price of $1,034,000. Although there are city taxes in this neighborhood, trash pick-up, recycle, and brush pick-up happen often. For elementary school, it depends on what section you’re in, but it is either Rocky Hill or Bearden and then onto Bearden Middle, following West High.

Jefferson Park is fourth on our list. Located off Northshore Drive and right on the water of Lake Loudon, this West Knoxville neighborhood greets you with picturesque tree-lined boulevards and sidewalks. With lake-front homes and homes with scenic lake views, this neighborhood has a lot to offer. It has 268 property owners, and 17 homes sold for an average price of $1,177,000. The neighborhood is also zoned for highly-rated schools, including Northshore Elementary, Farragut Middle School, and Farragut High School.

River Sound- Luxury Knoxville Neighborhood

River Sound takes fifth place on our list, located off of Northshore Drive. This prestigious community has approximately 165 property owners, with 12 homes sold for an average price of $1,150,000. It features custom-built homes and private villas, called The Breakers, on Fort Loudon Lake. Along with paying no city taxes, residents enjoy the perfect blend of an exclusive lakefront development and family-friendly atmosphere. It is zoned for A.L Lots, West Valley Middle, and Bearden High School. This community is only five minutes from Cedar Bluff shopping with no city taxes.

Whittington Creek Neighborhood

Made up of eight private sections and located off Northshore Drive. With 461 property owners, 16 homes sold for an average price of $1,036,000. This neighborhood offers plenty to do with pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, as well as a large swimming pool. School zoning is Bluegrass Elementary, West Valley Middle, and Bearden High School, and no city taxes!

Vining Mill- New Subdivision

Another Saddlebrook construction and brand new neighborhood in the fast-growing Hardin Valley area. 22 homes sold for an average price of $850,000. The school zoning is Hardin Valley Elementary, Middle, and High School.

Brookmere- New Knoxville Subdivision

Moving on to the ninth spot on our list, we have Brookmere, a brand new subdivision built by Saddlebrook located in the Farragut area, not far from Turkey Creek shopping and a couple of country clubs. 41 homes have already sold for an average price of $844,000. Brookmere is in the highly-rated all Farragut schools and is a great choice for those who want to live in a new Farragut luxury home.

Kensington

Located off Northshore Drive, this Knoxville neighborhood has approximately 313 properties, and 15 homes sold for an average price of $917,000. It sits between Rocky Hill shopping and the Northshore shopping center. Most of the homes date back to the mid-90s or early 2000s. The neighborhood has no city taxes and is in the for Rocky Hill Elementary, West Valley Middle, and West High School district.
